The target audience: this site is NOT intended for borrowers; it is to be used only by mortgage broker companies approved by TCF.
Competitors: U.S Bank, Wells Fargo, Quicken Loans.
Experience goals
Phase 1: re-platform the website, update the interface to match the current TCF brand standards, restructure the loan process without changing any of the existing PDFs
phase 2: box integration with Sitecore to replace email submission.
Phase 3: user authentication and online form submission.
